What to Know When Booking a Charter

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing items such as sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and towels if you plan to swim. It’s also a good idea to bring an extra layer in case the weather gets chilly.

What do you offer on board?

We offer a built-in Bluetooth speaker, a fully stocked cooler with water and soda, cozy blankets, soft towels, high-quality sunscreen, and lifejackets for both adults and children.

Can I bring food and alcohol?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your favorite snacks and drinks, including alcohol. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy your time on the water!

What if the weather is bad?

If unfavorable weather is expected, we will proactively contact you as early as possible to discuss potential rescheduling or cancellation. If your booking is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the charter date. Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled charter are non-refundable, as it becomes difficult for us to rebook the slot on short notice.
